Jabong is one of my favourite online shopping portals.I buy from clothes-cosmetics-home furnishing to everything.It is one of the safe and reliable sites out there.
- They are huge collection of brands which you can check out here.
- Site navigation is pretty simple and it easy to locate a particular product easing the search function.
- Something that constantly draws me to the site is offers and discounts at any given point of time from 25-40% discount on most items.
- The shipping time is mentioned next to the product.Normally all products are shipped within in 24-48 hours.In case they have to procure from third party sellers,a time frame of delivery will also be mentioned.
- Order is dispatched normally 24-28 hours.Email and SMS notification is sent with tracking info.Orders are neatly packed and arrive in good condition.
- They also have their own logistics "Go Javas" which deliver to most regions and deliver within 1-2 days.You also get a SMS notification when the order is out for delivery and confirmation after delivery.
- My orders have arrived almost the very next day of placing the order.
- I haven't faced any issues with them except a few times they sent me wrong size which they exchanged it later.
- The customer care is friendly and they address your concerns and help you out accordingly.Within hours of placing a complaint they resolve and call accordingly to co-ordinate until resolved.
