The consistency of the cream is powdery and non-oily.

Final Verdict:
I am not really into Fairness Cream. But Garnier Fairness Cream will make a good day cream for oily and acne prone skin folks like me. Finally there is a non-comedogenic fairness cream in the market,that is truly a miracle from Garnier ;) Jokes apart a very decent product,affordable.It gives that dewy effect without breaking my skin out. This can used by Men and Women. It is pretty perfect for oily skin, sunscreen+moisturiser+skin lightening(fairness)+salicylic acid+oil-free, Garnier full marks from me! I use Kaya night cream with fairness and antioxidants,so if you guys are looking for budget alternative then this is it!
