Con's:

1)It is expensive.

2)I normally don't prefer Dimethicone/Silicones in sunscreen. There is a possibility that it might not suit sensitive skin.If you have sensitive skin,a patch test is advisable.

Directions for use:

Apply sunscreen 20 minutes prior to stepping outside.Re-apply after 2-3 hours.

Final Verdict:

As you all I am biased towards gel based products. When it is non-comedogenic it is an added bonus so I had to try. Before this I was using Sunprotek Gel Sunscreen, another amazing product for oily-acne prone skin.I wanted to check out La Shield Sunscreen for a while now.I happened to find it on ClickOnCare so I was very happy.I am pleasantly surprised after using the product. It is a non-sticky/non-greasy gel based sunscreen which gives instant matte finish application.I thought it might make skin oily after few hours but surprisingly it did not.One more thing I noticed upon application is acts a primer, even the consistency is like a primer. So it will act as a make-up base, that's cool right?I never seen a sunscreen which does all that!Overall a really good product, worth the money.Undoubtedly one of the best sunscreens for oily-acne prone skin.

My Rating:4/5
