Final Verdict:

I am pretty sure many of you are familiar with the previous version of make up remover from Maybelline,the blue bi-phase liquid which is a oil emulsion.It did live up to its claims of removing eye and lip make up.The Clean Express are new versions of make up removers.Currently they have launched only this particular new version of make up remover in India.This formula is definitely new and a pretty good one.I love my Bioderma H2O Micelle Solution for remove my face make up.But it takes bit  of a effort to remove stubborn eye make up like mascara and cream eye shadows.So I decided to try out this product since it is affordable as well.As you can see from the swatches,it removes it very effectively.Since it is non-comedogenic,it can be used to remove face make up but 70ml bottle will get over soon.This particular make up remover is as good as water and I also loved the fact that it is fragrance free.Overall a good product!
